Property has become one of the principle parts of individuals & companies investment portfolios. We offer a wide range of Land & Property to cater for all investors from a small plot of land in Bulgaria to a 250m Euro apartment complex in Germany.
I work with a limited number of clients each month, this allows me to operate a very personal service, building overseas property portfolios as a means to fund pensions, school fees or just dreams! I have invested in various places myself & looking I am continuing to build a portfolio for my retirement & school fees over the next 20 years so I take this industry very seriously.
We work with various other companies to provide finance, insurance, currency, solicitors & car hire. There are Residential & Commercial newsletters that contain various property lists that you are welcome to subscribe to.
Property comes to me via numerous sources, the majority of the offers have commission included but others have a buyers fee, this will be stated within the property details or at the beginning of the list. I have access to around 10 000 properties so it's impossible to list everything so do please ask about specific regions or property types.
Remember:
Legal fees are extra when purchasing properties, quotes available. Local taxes & purchase tax can also be an added expense in some countries.
Although property investment has proved to be a winner in most cases, prices can fluctuate, mortgage rates rise & fall & some countries can become unstable very quickly both economically & politically. I can only give opinions, display the details as the agent/vendor/third party has given them to Harrison Stone and answer any questions to the best of my knowledge.
